Well, we are nearly there. After a few frustrating weeks and no football the Scottish football season is only a matter of days away. This time last year I spent a few weeks researching and writing a full preview of every single team in Scotland for the 2014/15 season, it was a monumental effort and meant hours of late night writing. I would love to do the same again but unfortunately other commitments and a lack of time means that I will have to write some slightly shorter previews. I will have a few different things coming up in the next few days that will hopefully cover each division in Scotland, giving some insight into what might happen during the 2015/16 season. With a new sponsor (Ladbrokes) and a new TV deal (we are now being broadcast in China) it is yet again a time for blind optimism from fans all across the country. Will Hearts make a sudden impact in their first season back in the top flight? Will Rangers finally get over that finishing line and achieve promotion from the Championship? Whatever happens we are guaranteed the usual dose of bickering supporters, sacked managers and idiotic players. It is Scottish football after all.
